• Pixel-art civil-registry desk game. No email/password registration.
• Game progress and settings are stored locally on the device.
• Optional in-game nickname and avatar may be saved to Google Firebase / Cloud Firestore for the staff leaderboard, using an anonymous Firebase ID (not your Google or email login).
• Ads via Google AdMob — Play “Contains ads”: Yes.
• No in-app purchases at this time.
• UMP / consent messages may appear in EEA, UK, Switzerland.
• We do not sell personal and sensitive user data.

AdMob may process advertising identifiers and technical data. Manage: Android Settings → Google → Ads, and in-app ad privacy options when shown. Ads use is limited to monetization / related measurement as disclosed here and in Data safety.

4. Leaderboard & anonymous ID

The App may sign you in anonymously to Firebase so a staff ranking can be stored. You may choose a display nickname and avatar; these are game handles, not identity documents. We do not require your real name or email to play.

Third-party services & sharing

The App may include third-party code (SDKs). Those providers may process device and usage data as described in their policies. We do not sell personal and sensitive user data. Sharing occurs only as needed to operate ads, analytics, messaging, billing, or legal compliance.

Security

• Any network communication uses modern transport security (HTTPS / TLS) where data leaves the device.
• We do not sell personal and sensitive user data.
• We do not link persistent device identifiers (IMEI, IMSI, SIM serial) to advertising IDs or sensitive user data.
• Runtime permissions (when used) are requested only for the stated feature.

Retention & deletion

The App does not offer email/password accounts. Local progress is typically removed when you uninstall.

• Local data: Uninstalling the App usually removes locally stored progress and preferences.
• Cloud leaderboard / nickname: May remain in Firestore after uninstall. Email info@soko-eg.com with your in-game nickname to request deletion of that cloud profile. We will respond within a reasonable time.
• Third-party SDKs: Retention by Google / AdMob / Firebase follows their own policies.

Children

Rated for a general audience. Not directed specifically to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children’s PII on our servers.

Data safety & Play Console

Disclosures in this Privacy Policy are intended to be consistent with the App’s Data safety section and other App content declarations in Google Play Console (ads, target audience, permissions). If practices change, we update this Policy and the Console forms.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
